Boot Camps in Reading Women’s Outdoor Fitness

The team at Peak XV Fitness has commenced its summer season boot camp programme in Caversham. The sessions last an hour and run four times a week in Christchurch Meadows. The exercises incorporate numerous physical exercise drills in the park employing a selection of fitness equipment including kettle bells, medicine balls and skipping ropes.
