If you’re like me, the 1st time you heard that a pal was taking a spinning class, you thought they were making yarn for knitting.Spinning is, of course, a popular form of exercise that involves riding a still cycle.

A spinning class is similar to other aerobic exercise routines in the sense that there is an instructor at the front facing you, with music playing in the background to keep things fascinating.
