If your body can easily break down fat and cholesterol, they won’t accumulate in your body or cause your heart to have problems. This, essentially, makes your heart healthy.

Fish is perhaps the healthiest food you can ingest. You probably already be aware of this as you’ve likely been told to see to it that you consume fish at least a couple of times a week. This is especially true for those who suffer from heart problems or are concerned that their hearts are not in good shape. Know that fish contains a lot of Omega 3’s which are what lets your body break down bad cholesterol. Eat fish twice per week.
