When it comes to getting in shape, a lot of us find that it is hard to achieve due to lack of proper instruction or lack of will power. it can also take a while to see results, which is why many people quit within just a few short weeks.

One of the best exercises for training the whole body is doing squats. When you squat with free weights, with hips coming lower than the knees, all your muscles tense which works your whole body.
Another big mistake by people that are eager to get in shape is to overtrain. Pro bodybuilders will train 5-6 times per week, but they wouldn’t have started with that kind of routine. Your muscles grow when you rest. Focus on 3 intense workouts per week, but also drink plenty of water, eat whole foods, and get plenty of sleep. The best way to lose stomach fat is by eating whole foods and training properly.
