Fat Burning Programs- The Facts Prove They Don’t Work. So Now What?

To lose weight and keep it off forever, you need to understand why it’s impossible to buy the ideal fat burning program.The diet and weight loss industry hopes you will never realize this, but all the facts point to the reality that two out of three Americans are still overweight or obese, no matter what diet product or program they buy- and here’s why:
 
You can only lose weight one way- you need to use more calories than you take in. Basically, more energy needs to be used than you take in.
 
The sad truth is, so few individuals know this, that they think the have to buy a weight loss program. Expensive weight loss plans [Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystems, etc.] all claim to have the ideal fat burning program. These off the shelf programs for weight loss can work in theory- as long as you use them to create the calorie deficit for you. However, research from UCLA states that over 83% of people that buy some type of diet plan, actually end up weighing MORE within several years.
 
So why can’t a commercial “fat burning program” help you permanently keep weight off? Simple: The answer is quite interesting. It’s because if you buy a diet to help you, you make it impossible to know how to keep weight off once you stop using the program. See how that works? When you take away the tool you are using to create the calorie deficit for you- you take away your calorie deficit at the same time. Then if you’re like most people, you go back to the old diet that was making you gain weight. Keeping weight off forever is like learning how to swim. If you always swim with a life vest on, you never learn how to swim “tool” free. So if you’re buying something- even if it’s the worlds most perfect fat loss program, you’re never learning how to keep weight off with your daily actions.
 
However, just like learning how to swim, when you learn how to create your own “fat burning program” it’s gets very easy- and you know how forever. Losing weight and keeping it off forever is incredibility simple because it only works ONE way- the calorie deficit. What makes losing weight feel hard is when you never take the time to create a calorie deficit using foods that you like- vs eating a special diet that someone else wants to sell you.
 
So don’t think an effective fat burning program is something you need to buy from the diet industry, because the facts prove the opposite. Keep it simple. Just eat natural foods that you like, and get active in ways that like. The scale will tell you if you’re eating right and getting active enough. When you just do that, losing and maintaining your weight happen with what feels like no special effort whatsoever.
 
And that’s just the beginning! When you discover how to make your own “fat burning program” you learn an incredible new life changing skill set. Why? Because the emotions that tell you to eat poorly and rarely get active are very powerful. And when you control them- instead of the other way around- accomplishing whatever else you set your mind to is easy.
