You might find yourself wishing you had more muscles and thinking “how do I get them?”. What you should know is that getting the muscles that you want means getting on a program. Later on, I’ll explain more regarding this.

Just remember that in order to gain pounds of muscle you really need to develop a mindset of success first. Having a mindset that is focused and determined and can see the outcome before it is real will help you reach your goals faster than you ever thought possible.

First of all you must ask yourself: exactly how much muscle do I want to gain? One thing you should realize is that this is not an ego-booster, meaning, if you’re only doing this for your self confidence, then you might as well stop now since it won’t do you any good. I know you’re thinking that this isn’t the case and I’m wrong but trust me it’s true. What you look like physically is a bad wau to generate self confidence.

Now, if your aim is to build muscles for other reasons such as sports or a requirement of your job, then you will have to first think about how much muscle you want. It takes strength to become strong. To make the program a success, you’re going to need discipline. So start mapping out your goals and taking the necessary steps to achieve them.

Whether you want to gain tons of muscle on your body or even learn how to gain muscle strength you’re going to need extreme dedication.

Your workout should be around four times a week performed faithfully and completely every time. You should realize that you can only go so far as your last workout. To put it bluntly, cheating is not allowed and don’t go easy on the weights. Workout each body part with 3 different machines. Personally, I workout two body parts everyday. So that means I’ll be doing 6 different exercises. When you think about it, that could mean 3 back exercises coupled with another three for the chest.

Generally what you want to be doing is very low reps, around 5 to 7 to start with, and very high weight. Four to six reps should be enough for that. If you find the last rep hard to do, then that’s the exact result you want. On the last rep, you should find yourself struggling just to finish it off.

Now get up up and pay a little visit to the gym!
