Having a beer belly is very common actually as men get older. As men get older their hormones start to decline and this causes the body to be unable to lose weight as easily as you could when you were a kid. Now is the time to lose your beer belly.

My advice is to pick one or two foods that are highly nutritious for you. Let’s say you picked vegetable juice. You could also go for a fresh salad. However, talk yourself out of drinking the beer and opt for a juice and if you still want the beer, then you can have it as a reward for drinking the juice first.
