Sit-ups - Do you want to get rid of your belly for a set of strong abs? If you just discipline yourself, you’ll be able to get those abs. All you have to do is do ten to fifteen sit-ups when you wake up. By doing this, you’ll not only be able to get rid of your belly fat, but you’ll also get a good workout each day.
