4. Reward yourself. After having gone through with stress, perhaps its about time you should reward yourself with something. Try to go out for vacation trips, go and shop, hang out with your friends and whatever it is that might bring you self-satisfaction. After been too low, you should rebuild your lost self-esteem again by doing things you enjoy most.
