At first glance, it could seem that sure thinking and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) have naught to do with 1 another. These are the bad thoughts that are generally reactionary, like “Those people are laughing, they must be speaking regarding me,” or “The supervisor desires to see me? It must be bad!” When you notice these thoughts, realize that they’re naught more than ANTs and squash them!
7. Practice Lovin’, Touchin’ & Squeezin’ (Your Friends and Family)
You don’t have to be an pro to recognize the benefits of a good hug. Confident physical contact with friends, loved ones, and even pets, is an instant pick-me-up. 8. Proliferation Your Social Activity
